We strive to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in design, color, and materials may occur. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
4. Handmade and Custom Orders
Each piece of photography and handmade frame or nest is unique, crafted with care and attention to detail. Our products are meticulously photographed through the creative process and up to packaging for shipping. What you see is absolutely what you get. Please note that no two products will be exactly the same due to the natural materials and handcrafting process. Custom orders may have additional lead times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Payment Terms
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize Zephyr to charge the credit card provided for the total amount of your order.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe’s PCI-compliant system to ensure the protection of your payment information. Zephyr does not store any credit card details on our servers.
Payment is required at the time of purchase, and your order will be processed once the payment is successfully completed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and the following countries and territories: American Somoa, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Vatican, Virgin Islands (UK), Virgin Islands (US). We reserve the right to change the locations to which we ship our products at any time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are processed within two (2) business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Zephyr is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
