Frequently Asked Questions

Zephyr Faith Crafts Devotional Art

About Zephyr Faith Crafts

What is Zephyr Faith Crafts?

Zephyr Faith Crafts is an independent art studio creating original artwork, fine-art prints, and selected related products rooted in nature, memory, faith, storytelling, and American visual culture.

Some products are produced to order by specialized printing and fulfillment partners. Each product page describes the particular format being offered.

Who founded Zephyr Faith Crafts?

Zephyr Faith Crafts was founded by William and Maria, whose work combines art, story, nature, memory, faith, and a shared interest in creating things with meaning.

Is Zephyr Faith Crafts a Christian brand?

Yes. Zephyr is faith-informed and grounded in Christian values while remaining welcoming to anyone drawn to beauty, reflection, nature, symbolism, or thoughtful art.

Our work does not assume a viewer's denomination, religious background, or stage of faith.

What role does faith play in the creative process?

Faith informs intention, patience, humility, and respect for creation rather than requiring overt religious messaging in every Zephyr work.

We prefer invitation over instruction. A piece may suggest, provoke thought, or carry spiritual meaning without requiring the viewer to interpret it in one prescribed way.

Is the symbolism in Zephyr artwork meant to be literal or interpretive?

Usually interpretive.

Symbols are intentionally given room to breathe so viewers can bring their own experience, memories, faith, and understanding to the work.

Where is Zephyr Faith Crafts based?

Zephyr Faith Crafts is based in Dover, Delaware (home of the Monster Mile!), and is a business of Andasium Incorporated.

Artwork, Prints & Products

How are Zephyr artwork and products created?

The artwork originates with Zephyr.

What happens afterward depends upon the product. Many prints and related products are professionally manufactured to order by specialized production and fulfillment partners.

The individual product listing identifies the format, available options, and other information specific to that item.

Are all Zephyr products handmade?

No.

Zephyr creates the artwork, but many physical products are professionally printed or manufactured to order by production partners.

If a particular item contains handmade, hand-finished, customized, or otherwise unusual production elements, its product description will say so.

What makes Zephyr artwork unique?

Zephyr works typically pass through multiple stages of concept development, design, refinement, tonal and color work, and preparation for their intended final format.

Different collections deliberately use different visual languages, so we do not force every Zephyr work into one house style.

What connects them is a common emphasis on intention, storytelling, visual interest, and meaning.

What is the “Our Time Has Come” series?

(That question gets asked a lot. And that makes us happy.)

Our Time Has Come is a recurring Zephyr body of work in which the phrase and its symbolism appear within American landscapes, architecture, cityscapes, and other settings.

The series extends across state and regional subjects and may appear in multiple sizes, orientations, and product formats when a composition lends itself to them.

Are artworks available in different sizes and formats?

Often, yes.

Available sizes and formats depend upon the individual composition and product. Not every artwork works equally well as a square, portrait, landscape, banner, or other format.

The product page shows the choices currently available for that particular work.

How accurate are the product images on the website?

We make every effort to represent our artwork and products as accurately as practical.

However, colors, tonal values, textures, scale, surface details, dimensionality, and overall visual impact can vary because of photography, lighting, screen settings, printing processes, viewing conditions, and individual visual perception.

A product is considered to correspond to its listing when it materially matches its written description, selected options, and the variations disclosed on the product page.

How does Zephyr 3D artwork work, and are glasses included?

Certain Zephyr artworks are designed to create an artistic impression of depth when viewed with the included 3D glasses.

When a product listing states that glasses are included, they are provided at no additional charge and may be shipped separately from the artwork.

The strength, location, and character of the perceived 3D effect can vary according to the artwork, lighting, viewing distance, viewing angle, surrounding colors, and individual visual perception. Some works intentionally produce a more restrained effect than others.

Unless a product description specifically says otherwise, Zephyr 3D artwork is not represented as holographic, animated, projected, lenticular, virtual-reality, or cinema-style 3D.

The included glasses are viewing accessories. They are not sunglasses, prescription glasses, safety glasses, or protective eyewear.

Why might a coordinating bookmark look slightly different from its artwork?

Certain products may include a coordinating bookmark based upon the accompanying artwork.

Because the bookmark may have been designed at a different stage of the artwork's development or adapted to fit its very different proportions, minor differences can occur in color tone, cropping, composition, typography, or layout.

The bookmark and artwork are intended to coordinate; they are not necessarily intended to be miniature duplicates of one another.

How should I care for my Zephyr artwork?

Treat Zephyr artwork as fine art.

Unless a product specifies otherwise, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture, unnecessary contact with the printed surface, and handling prints with anything other than clean, dry hands.

Product-specific care instructions take precedence over these general recommendations.

How do I prepare an unframed Zephyr print for display?

A gentle curl in a rolled print after shipping is normal.

Place the print on a clean, flat surface. Lay a soft, clean cloth over the artwork, then gently place a large book on top so the weight is distributed evenly.

Allow the print to rest for approximately 24–48 hours.

The paper should progressively relax and lie flat, ready for the display method of your choice.

Is Zephyr artwork appropriate as a gift?

Yes.

Zephyr artwork can be especially appropriate for weddings, housewarmings, memorials, encouragement, anniversaries, faith milestones, and other meaningful transitions.

The best rule is simply to choose a work that says something meaningful about the recipient.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship, and are delivery dates guaranteed?

Production and delivery timing varies by product because many Zephyr items are produced after an order is placed.

Available production and delivery estimates may appear on the product page, during checkout, or with the order.

Unless specifically identified as guaranteed, production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Carrier delays, weather, transportation interruptions, delivery-access restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

Why might my order arrive in more than one package?

Products and components may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations.

As a result, artwork, accessories, bookmarks, 3D glasses, or other components belonging to the same order may arrive in separate packages, have separate tracking numbers, and arrive on different dates.

An order is not considered incomplete merely because one package has arrived while another separately shipped component remains within its stated delivery period.

What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address?

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any information reasonably necessary for successful delivery.

An incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address can cause delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender charges, or other complications.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods displayed during Shopify checkout are the methods currently available for your order.

Available methods can change or vary according to customer location, so checkout itself is more authoritative than a permanent list in this FAQ.

Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Returns, Problems, & Product Claims

Are Zephyr sales final?

Except for eligible product claims, remedies required by applicable law, or circumstances specifically allowed under our Refund and Returns Policy, sales are final.

We do not ordinarily accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests solely because a customer or gift recipient changes their mind; a product does not suit someone's taste, décor, intended location, or personal preference; disclosed dimensions, materials, options, or product information were misunderstood or not reviewed; an artistic or dimensional effect differs from what the customer personally imagined; or the product otherwise differs from an undisclosed or subjective expectation while still materially corresponding to its listing.

What kinds of problems may qualify for a product claim?

Subject to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law, an eligible claim generally concerns a product that arrives materially damaged; contains a material manufacturing, printing, or production defect; is the wrong product or selected variation; materially differs from its written product description; or remains incomplete after all applicable packages and delivery periods have concluded.

Is dissatisfaction with the strength of a 3D effect considered a defect?

Not by itself.

The perceived strength, depth, location, and overall character of a 3D effect can differ among artworks, viewers, lighting conditions, viewing distances, and environments.

A 3D product is not considered defective or materially different from its description merely because the effect is subtler than a customer expected or because particular areas appear more or less dimensional than anticipated.

Eligible damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect products, and material differences from the written listing remain covered by our applicable claims policy.

How quickly must I report damage or another eligible problem?

Our current Terms and Conditions require eligible claims to be reported within seven calendar days after delivery of the affected item.

When an included component is expressly identified as shipping separately, its claim period begins when that component is delivered or when its latest stated delivery period has passed, as applicable.

Because claim deadlines are important, the current Refund and Returns Policy should always be consulted for the controlling requirements.

What information should I provide when reporting a damaged or defective product?

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, clear photographs showing the product and affected area, and photographs of the packaging and shipping label when shipping damage is involved.

Please retain the product, shipping carton, and packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed.

Should I mail a damaged or unwanted product back immediately?

No.

Do not return a product without prior authorization from Zephyr.

Depending upon the circumstances, an approved remedy may involve replacement, replacement of an affected component, a comparable substitute, a partial refund, a full refund, or another appropriate solution.

Returning something before receiving instructions can interfere with our ability to evaluate the claim.

Copyright & Use of Zephyr Artwork

Does buying a Zephyr product give me the copyright to the artwork?

No.

Purchasing a physical product gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not transfer copyright ownership or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or commercially exploit the artwork or associated images.

Unless otherwise stated, Zephyr website content—including artwork, photographs, product images, designs, text, layouts, graphics, and branding elements—is owned by or licensed to Zephyr Faith Crafts and Andasium Incorporated.

May I copy or use Zephyr artwork or website images elsewhere?

Ordinary uses permitted by law are unaffected, but purchasing or viewing Zephyr content does not grant general permission to reproduce or commercially exploit it.

Without prior permission, Zephyr content may not be used for merchandise or products for resale, advertising or commercial promotion, republication on another website or marketplace, unauthorized derivative works, bulk downloading or redistribution, artificial-intelligence or machine-learning training datasets, or developing products based substantially upon Zephyr artwork or designs.

If you are interested in an authorized use, please contact us about licensing.

Custom, Wholesale & Professional Inquiries

Does Zephyr accept custom artwork requests?

Sometimes.

We consider selected custom projects according to subject, scope, format, schedule, and current availability.

If you have something in mind, use our Contact Us page and tell us about the subject or concept, intended use, preferred size or format, any important date or deadline, and what drew you to Zephyr for the project.

Not every request can be accepted, and timelines are quoted individually rather than promised generically.

Does Zephyr offer wholesale or licensing opportunities?

Select Zephyr works and collections may be suitable for wholesale, retail, gallery, bookstore, church or ministry gift-shop, and licensing arrangements.

Please use our Contact Us page and describe the organization, proposed use, products or collections of interest, and approximate quantities where applicable.
